Rebuilding Quickteller, one of Africa's most used payment platforms, into a scalable financial superapp.

• Contributed to the ground up rebuild of Quickteller, serving 5M+ consumers and 3,000+ active billers, evolving a fragmented bill payment product into a superapp across mobile, web and USSD.
• Owned 11 product modules end to end, from KYC and account tiering to recurring and split payments, beneficiaries, USSD, agent dashboard, biometrics, SDK packages, gift cards, international airtime and money market funds, collaborating across ten more.
• Helped validate the direction through a six day study with 30 customers and three concepts, with 96.7% preferring the superapp.
• Extended SwitchCore, Interswitch's design system, with reusable components drawn from investment, recurring, KYC, beneficiary and transfer workflows.

Leading the digital transformation of Nigeria's Ship Registry.

• Replaced paper based processes where registration took one to five months with digital workflows targeting 24 to 72 hour processing.
• Mapped 33 regulatory workflows across 8 departments, and designed 16 modules and 150+ screens across registration, payments, approvals, inspections and oversight.
• Responded to executive direction to move beyond semi automation, targeting roughly 90% reduction in processing time.
• Expanded scope to include company authentication, digital notarisation, OTP security, session management, executive reporting and audit trails.

Bringing a recalled investment product back to life as a consumer wealth platform.

• Led the six month redesign of M36, growing it from roughly 30,000 to 150,000+ users.
• Contributed to ₦2B+ in post launch transaction volume and approximately ₦180M in revenue.
• Conducted 119 customer interviews, translating findings into shorter journeys, clearer information architecture and copy, and expanded services.
• Led design within an eight person cross functional team, from discovery through launch.

Designing across insurance, healthcare and digital commerce for the Emerging & Lifestyle business.

• Led product design across four products, Skydd, OneDrugStore, HealthInsured and HealthBanc.
• Helped the business unit launch and improve products contributing to an 8.26% increase in business unit revenue.
• Redesigned customer and operational workflows across web and mobile, contributing up to 90% improvement in efficiency across selected processes.
